7 Day Membership
Enjoy year round golf on the Stuart Appleby designed 18-hole, Par 72 ‘links style’ Championship Golf Course. 7 Day memberships is an all inclusive membership allowing for the benefits of 7 day playing access.
Membership includes:
- 7 day playing rights
- All insurance and affiliation fees
- Member only tee times (book online)
- Driving range and practice facility access
- Member discounts on Pro Shop and The Sands Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant purchases
- Golflink handicap
Annual Fee – $2,100 + one time Joining Fee of $1,000 for NEW members subject to availability*
*Note: 7 day member numbers are capped to ensure Saturday tee times are guaranteed for regular competition players
6 Day membership
Busy on Saturdays? We can offer you 6-day (Sunday – Friday) playing rights to our Championship Golf Course.
The 6 Day membership allows for golfers to play from Sunday to Friday.
Membership includes:
- 6 day playing rights – Sunday – Friday
- All insurance and affiliation fees
- Member only tee times (book online)
- Driving range and practice facility access
- Member discounts on Pro Shop and The Sands Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant purchases
- Golflink handicap
Annual Fee – $1,600
5 Day membership
Busy on Weekends? We can offer you 5-day (Monday – Friday) playing rights to our Championship Golf Course.
The Premier 5 Day membership allows for golfers to play from Monday to Friday.

- All insurance and affiliation fees
- Driving range and practice facility access

Lifetime Memberships
Another new initiative from Destination Leisure Holdings, from July 1st 2021 members aged 80 years+ (as of July 1) with 10 years continual membership will receive Lifetime Golf Membership status at The Sands! This entitles the Lifetime Member to play for no charge and with no renewal required at The Sands. Eligible members will be contacted.
Age-Based Discounts for Over 70’s
Members aged 70 years (as of 1 July) that have had 10 years of continuous membership at the Sands will have a 10% discount applied to their annual membership fee. This age-based discount increases with age. If you are, 71 years of age, the discount applied is 71%. For each further year, the discount is increased by 1% until 19% at age 79.
