New chef, with an Asian influence
Our new Sous Chef is Wang Shun (Mike).
He comes to us from the Long Song Seafood Restaurant in Darwin, specialising in Chinese Seafood cuisine. We are looking forward to Mike working with Geoffrey and the team to bring an exciting range of Asian and particularly Chinese dishes to Hanner’s as well as our Conference & Events market.
We are currently working on installing the specialised equipment necessary as well as preparing the menus. No confirmed time frame yet, but we expect to have proposed new menus by the end of June, with the equipment up and running as early in the new quarter as possible.
