Estate Audit – Guidelines for colours, fences and plants
Within the contract of sale you received when you acquired your property there were guidelines for paint colors, plants and fencing.
Over time non approved colors, plantings and fencing are emerging which disrupt the intended look and feel of this estate. Many of you may be unaware of these guidelines so the Owners Corporation have decided to conduct an Estate Audit and inform you if your property is non-compliant. This Audit will be conducted by Cotter Reid, the original architects who worked with us on the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
A letter will then be issued to properties with non-conformance, and contact details provided so you can discuss this further.
