All lot owners within the Sands Estate have signed up to the Building and Environmental Management Code (BEMC) which was written by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and approved by the Surf Coast Shire Council (SCSC) as part of the Sands Estates’ planning requirements. The colors are specified in the ARC Approved Colours downloadable PDF.
The swatches shown below are the Dulux wall colours (you can find the Haymes equivalent as well as the RGB colour codes on the ARC Approved Colours PDF) and the Colourbond roof colours.
