Body Corporate Fees Reduced
The Sands Owners Corporation (OC1) Body Corporate Account fees for the first and second quarters of the 2020/2021 financial year will be reduced by 50% from $372 to $186 per quarter for lot owners with 10 points of lot liability. Debt collection fees and penalty interest will also be suspended for these two quarters.
These measures will need to be approved at the August AGM, but no opposition is expected given the current health and economic crisis.
